Apartment Regulations (Key Points)

  • High-power electrical appliances are strictly prohibited in apartments. Confiscated items will be returned upon check-out.

  • For privacy protection, male students may not enter female floors and vice versa, except under special circumstances.

  • E-bike charging: Temporary charging point at the north side of Bldg 8 (permanent station under construction).

  • Do not pile garbage or clutter in dormitory corridors.

  • Shared bikes are prohibited inside the park.

  • In emergencies, seek help from political counselors, life advisors, or dormitory staff immediately.

Campus Card Replacement

Zhangjiang campus dormitories use electronic locks. The physical campus card serves as the dormitory door card and elevator floor card after authorization.

If your campus card is lost, you may entrust the ZIAS Talent Training Office to apply for a replacement. After replacement, door access may need to be re-authorized.

Internet Access

  • WiFi is available throughout the apartments (login with JACCOUNT).

  • For wired connection, plug the Ethernet cable into the port labeled "D28" and authenticate with JACCOUNT in the browser.

  • Routers cannot authenticate JACCOUNT, so wired connections cannot use routers.

Electricity Pre-payment

Electricity in the apartments is pre-paid. Please top up in advance.
