Research Area: Bio-Spin Magnetic Resonance Research
Research Interests: Development of magnetic resonance (electron spin resonance (ESR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)) equipment and methodologies, with a focus on their applications in chemical biology and synthetic biology.
1)Advancing ESR equipment and analytical methods to uncover the electron transfer and physicochemical mechanisms in enzymatic catalytic processes, thereby promoting synthetic biology research based on enzymatic catalysis.
2)Developing NMR methods to reveal dynamic conformational changes and chemical mechanisms across different functional states of enzymes.
3)Developing high-field MRI detection coils and analytical methods to conduct in vivo analysis of the pathology and pharmacology of significant diseases under native conditions.
